OK – So today on SCS the TLC is to create a double open card and I LOVE this! I think it’s so super cute! I used my cricut for the bottom 2 layers. I think I have already said this … I REALLY want to get Nestabilities, but the Accent and Essentials Cricut Cartridge kinda does the job. So, I’ll stick with what I got and hopefully for my birthday I’ll break down and get the Nesties.
Recipe
Paper: Always Artichoke, Choc Chip, ScrapTime DP
Ink: Always Artichocke, Choc Chip
Stamps: A Beautiful Thing
Goodies: Flower Punches, Silver Brads, Ribbon

Hello Everyone!
Well, it’s that time again, Scrapbook Sunday! I must say that this is one of my favorite challenges. I am glad I am doing this … it forces me to actually get this done and by the end of this year I should have about 40 pages done! That’s almost a whole book. I challenge anyone who likes to scrapbook to do this too. You don’t have to do Scrapbook Sunday pick whatever day you want, but go for it and just think … by the end of the year you will have a whole album done too!
Recipe:
Paper: Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, Cameo Coral
Stamps: Polka Dots and Petals
Ink: Versamark
Goodies: Stamped Cricut Cartridge

I have a SU party tomorrow night and I just got my new Tart and Tangy set and Summer Picnic paper so I wanted to do something with them for the party. So, I got a little carried away last night making my Hostess gift, but I couldn’t help myself I started working on this at about 9:30 after the kiddo was in bed and the kitchen cleaned up and then the next thing I knew it was 12:00. HOLY COW. I put in a movie and just started going to town and had TOO much fun doing this. I got the tutorial for the box off of Toyz blog.
I usually get super excited for club and all my SU parties, but I was SO excited for this little fruity set that I was absolutely jacked to get started
and can’t wait to use them at the party. I am a serious paper geek!
Recipe:
Stamps: Tart and Tangy and various sentiments
Paper: Summer Picnic, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive

Here is my go at Beate’s WSC. It has been what seems like FOREVER since I participated in a challenge so I was so happy to work on this today. It was super funny because I put my 6×6 page together on Wednesday and then this challenge came out on Friday and the sketch is SO similar that I decided to use the scraps from my club 6×6 page.
I have wanted to use my Embrace Life set for the longest time … I LOVE this set but it was unfortunately packed away so I had to pull it out. Also, I just received Define your life so I wanted to use that as well. I couldn’t help myself I wanted to used everything that I had been missing so I used my sewing machine to stitch around the DP (it’s kinda hard to see in the picture). And I wanted to use my cricut (my poor bug was packed away too!) I have really been wanted to get Nestabilities. I think they look SO stinkin’ awesome, but while I was playing today I pulled out my cricut software and created a scalloped rectangle template that the bashful blue was cut out of. I also used stickles on certain parts of the flower images.
I tell you what Ladies … I had so much stinkin’ fun today I didn’t want to stop. It sounds ridiculous but I think I spent about 2 hours on this card because of all the fun things I kept adding.
Thanks for another great challenge Beate, this was super fun. TFL!

Again … No stamping this week, the words are chipboard I had laying around.
If you can actually believe it, we are STILL not in our house. We should be in this upcoming weekend, but I am NOT going to hold my breath … I’d suffocate and die. LOL!
Hope you all have a super week!
