Sorry it’s been so long since I have posted, but I have literally had my nose buried in a book. I finally finished New Moon (the 2nd book in the Twilight series) and all I can say is that it was a good thing the last 100 pages made up for the first 350! Then I read a couple of books by Margaret Mitchell “Murder at the Kennedy Center” (Super Duper), then “Murder on the Potomac” (not so super). Then last night I read Richard Paul Evans new book “Grace” and I am here to tell it’s a tear jerker. I was reading in bed and Andrew was just staring at me like “Are you going to be OK?” Yep, I’ll be fine I just need to cry for a few minutes
Here is super fun Halloween card! I saw something like it on SCS, but now I can’t find it to give credit to the original artist.

Hope you all have a safe and super fun Halloween this Friday!

That’s the sound of my baby’s heartbeat. Yep, you read that right, baby number 2 is on the way! We are super, super excited for a new little one. I am due in May so we still have quite a while. We are both hoping for a boy, but will be perfectly contented no matter what it is. This pregnancy is going to be quite a different experience. When I was pregnant with Kyler I participated in a study to help with pre eclampsia/toxemia. I had a dr. appointment every other week and some twice a week with blood draws every 4 weeks, it was wonderful to hear the baby’s heartbeat so often and I had 6 ultrasounds (5 because of the study) so that was super awesome, but it will be nice to only have to go to the dr.’s every couple of weeks.
We found a SUPER doctor and I just love him. We saw gummy bear #2 for the first time today and it was SO fun to see. It was in there just a dancin’. No wonder Mama’s so sick!
Perhaps this will explain the sporadic postings over the last month, I just haven’t felt very good and it has been super hard to get motivated to do anything. But, the 1st trimester is almost over so I should be feeling better soon!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope to have something to show you tomorrow!

I really wanted to have a fun scrapbook page ready for you today, but that just didn’t happen. I did however need to sit down and make a thank you card. I have LOVED the Fresh Cuts set since we were able to preorder it, but I have not used it as much as I should have. So, I thought today would be the day to pull it out.

Sorry for not posting for so long, but things have been SUPER crazy around here and i just have not been able to find the time. I hope to do better! I really appreciate you sticking with me and stopping by to check out my blog!

Can you believe it is actually October? I can’t! This summer has had so much packed into it, but it just feels like it has flown by!

Like I promised, here is a fun Halloween project I have been working on. I bought these letters at my local craft store and had a really fun idea to modify them with my new Halloween paper and new Halloween stamps! I tried hanging the bat in the middle of the O so that it looked like he was flying and I wanted to do something fun for the other O so I made it into what is supposed to be a spider web with the two little spiders in the web. On the second picture you can see some of the fun detailing I added to the B.

Thanks for stopping by!
