Here is the other card we made at club last Saturday. I had never really tried bleaching before, but saw a tutorial on the SU! demonstrator website and really liked the results, so this is a case of that tutorial. I love the effect of the bleach. You know I feel that more is more and cards can always use MORE. I also hardly ever only have one layer on my cards, but I thought the bleaching added so much to it that the card looked awesome just the way it was without adding to much.

Hope you all had a super weekend. It snowed at my house … I really, really wish spring would come and stay instead of coming and going.
Have a super day Ladies!

Ok – so it has been FOREVER since I have posted. I apologize for that, but hopefully you understand that when life gets busy, family comes first
I have lots of fun things to show you! But first thing up on the agenda is what we made for club last Saturday. One of my ladies requested a class on chipboard, like a year ago, so I finally got around to it last Saturday. Here is what we made, they could choose between the owl or the bird.

After putting the bird together, I think it would have looked A LOT better if had flipped the DSP to the other side … but didn’t think of that until I had everything glued on.
I have been having really bad braxton hicks contractions the last couple of days, so it’s back to laying on the couch for me! I only have about 4 weeks left and I am NOT ready for this baby to come yet so I better take it easy :)
I hope you ladies have a super weekend!
Emilee
